35 years of performance by a bass virtuoso

We could talk for hours about the legendary bass player with the long pigtail.
Music has been dictating his life since 1968. Among others there have been European tours with international stars such as Percy Sledge, The Platters, Al Martino, Joan Faulkner as well as live performances with Ricky Lawson (drummer for Michael Jackson and Eric Clapton, among others), Bernard Purdie (Master of Funk) and Bobi Kimball (TOTO). Alongside these have been his own band projects, e.g. the cult band "Sioux", which toured with celebrated guitarist Bireli Lagrene amongst others. TV productions such as "The History of Rock" for SWR Television and the legendary ART NEWS Jazz Project in New York with the percussionist Steve Thornton (Miles Davies, Herbie Hancock).

"rds in action & in concert":

Theatre productions as band leader and studio musician, producer with his own recording studio. CD with Bob Brozman, the "King of Slide Guitar", a tour with the gifted singer Melanie Thornton (whom he discovered in 1992 for his band "Schnapka Connection"). Since the early 70s, when he performed in US clubs with the American band "Soul Crusaders", authentic soul music has been his first love. His project SCHNAPKA CONNECTION continues this tradition.

To see this full-blooded musician on the stage is an absolute MUST, not just for musicians
